Stuma.net provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed for Digital Media Management. Our tools include automated scheduling, AI-driven NLP analytics, and centralized dashboard access for multiple Streaming Platforms.

2. User Eligibility

Our services are strictly intended for professional use by legal entities and independent Content Creators (18+). By using Stuma.net, you represent that you meet these age and professional requirements.

3. Ethical Use of AI

Users agree to use our Natural Language Processing (NLP) and automation tools for legitimate audience engagement and operational efficiency. Any use of the platform for deceptive practices or violating the terms of third-party Media Channels is strictly prohibited.

4. Performance and Incentive Adjustments

The platform provides tools for Performance-based incentive adjustments. Stuma.net is a technical provider and is not responsible for the contractual agreements between Agencies and their Talent/Creators.

5. Limitation of Liability

Stuma.net is a technical infrastructure provider. We do not offer financial, investment, or legal services. Our role is limited to providing the Management Information System (MIS) and AI tools to optimize digital workflows.

6. Termination
